I have known that B.E.S.T. Institute was a reliable, go-to, physical therapy facility by word of mouth from acquaintances and now having my own experience with Keith as a Physical Therapist confirmed the reviews. The care and attention that I received from all of the staff in the Middlesex office was amazing. They care about the well being of all of their patients. They are attentive and helpful. I saw great improvement with the care that I received! I would highly recommend Keith and his staff to anyone in need of a friendly, welcoming, and productive physical therapy experience!

Rachel was a wonderful physical therapist. She listened to where my pain was and helped me to feel completely better. Everyone at B.E.S.T. Physical therapy is very welcoming, helpful, and supportive. Highly recommended going to this practice !

Just completed my final session of physical therapy at BEST with Michelle Perry, physical therapist I am feeling much better and assured that the exercise program created by Michelle will bring about a full recovery. I have been to BEST numerous times. I had the best experience each and every time. Rachel is amazing and Keith is great making sure all patients are doing ok. I recommend this facility to all who need physical therapy.

My father has been going to BEST Physical Therapy for a long time- this is the 4th time he was referred to them. They are always smiling, friendly and helpful. They know what he needs to meet his goals of being pain free and more mobile. They always make sure that the session is productive and as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend them!

Great experience from the beginning to the end. Rachel and Keith were amazing and worked with me to get the best treatment possible. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your recovery and making sure you have everything you need. Clean facility and very flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if that was an option.

I came to B.E.S.T Physical in excruciating lower back pain, I had trouble walking, sitting, and standing. I had sciatic nerve pain, and I asked Rachel if she could fix me. When I say I came to B.E.S.T Physical in pain, Rachel was able to bring back normalcy to my life. The healing process of exercise, excellent care and assistance, and most importantly the positive energy within the B.E.S.T Physical team, made my experience undeniably awesome. Rachel’s professionalism, knowledge, and passion to make sure you have a successful recovery is highly exceptional. I would also say the team at B.E.S.T Physical is one of the best, there were days I was late getting to the appointment and the team was still able to accommodate me with the utmost service in changing the time.
